These light and crunchy protein filled crispbreads are made from a blend of rice and pumpkin seed flour with a touch of coriander – ideal for snacking and all manner of delicious toppings. As well as being a source of plant-based protein these crispbreads are also produced in a dedicated gluten free bakery and batch tested using the ELISA method.
